Principal Consultant and ARPA Advisor, Association of Arkansas Counties: As a principal consultant, Lindsey serves as the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Advisor, providing federal policy advocacy and compliance advisory services to all 75 counties in Arkansas.

Federal Broadband Advisor: Presented on federal broadband funding opportunities at the Arkansas Connectivity Summit and served as a member of the Arkansas Connectivity Coalition. Contracted by Forward Arkansas to brief on federal broadband initiatives and state investments.
